Attend a TM® Retreat — and earn contact hours — Half-Day Internet Live
For women and girls practicing TM – A TM Retreat is an opportunity to gain deep, rejuvenating rest through a structured program of extended Transcendental Meditation practice, along with profound knowledge about the development of higher states of consciousness.
This unique experience results in a dramatic reduction of accumulated stress and tension. Ladies who attend TM Retreats report that they feel a remarkable boost in energy, clarity, happiness, creativity and health for months afterwards. Stress and tension melt away more quickly, providing a deeper foundation for the development of consciousness as a field of all possibilities. Many women TM practitioners take time for a TM retreat on a regular basis.
“After attending the Transcendental Meditation Retreat, I noticed changes immediately. I felt more at peace and an inner feeling of tranquility. I also felt like I found some missing pieces within myself. After the Retreat, I noticed that I payed more attention to everything around me and felt more appreciative. I also felt like time was moving slowly and I was appreciating every second. I am so use to being so busy and doing so much at once, that this feeling was amazing, and my body really appreciated it. ”
